Changing or Canceling Your Reservation

If you need to change your reservation, contact C&L Air Limo as soon as possible. The company requires reservation changes and cancellations to be handled by phone, and customers should receive confirmation of changes.

Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time are subject to a $35 cancellation fee. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may result in a charge ranging from half fare to full fare. No-shows and cancellations that do not follow the required procedures may be charged the full fare.

C&L Air Limo will do its best to accommodate a new shuttle time if your flight is canceled. A $30 canceled-flight fee currently applies, and a new ride cannot always be guaranteed depending on availability.
