Cancellation Policy

** Cancellations require a minimum of 24 hours advanced notice PRIOR to scheduled pick-up time for 100% refund; less than 24 hours the full fare will be charged.

To cancel (update or change) reservations: Must be called in to our office within the required advanced notice. Otherwise, the full fare will be charged.

Please note: ALL no-shows, non-cancellations and cancellations not following these procedures will be charged full fare. Cancellations, update and/or change request must be phoned in to the office and any cancellation made by e-mail will not be accepted unless we send back a confirmation. Before 4:45 AM and after 11:30 PM of peak charges apply to fares.
