C&L Air Limo wants to ensure you are fully prepared for your airport shuttle service. Below are some of the most frequently asked questions we receive in order to best guide you!

How far in advance should I book my shuttle service with C&L?2022-10-26T16:52:11+00:00

You should book your airport shuttle at least two weeks before your departure. If you are two weeks out and your times are unavailable online, be sure to give us a call!

You can book online or over the phone at 978-692-9303.

What is the cancellation policy?2023-08-18T16:46:33+00:00

Cancellations require a minimum of 24 hours advanced notice PRIOR to scheduled pick-up time and will receive a $35 cancellation fee; Less than 24 hours, you will be charged half fare to full fare. We will do our best to accommodate new flights.

You can expect to meet your driver at lower level baggage claim at the “shared van pick up area” at the airport.

C&L is only offering private rides currently in order to keep our passengers and drivers as safe as possible.

You can edit your reservation online 48 hrs in advance! If you get an error message please call us and we will do it for you.

Using FlightView we are able to track your flight and adjust your pick-up time accordingly. Rest assured … we will always have a shuttle available for your ride from the airport.

A major credit card is required to secure your reservation. We accept all major credit cards. You may secure your reservation with a credit card. Again, all non-cancellations and no-shows will be charged the full fare.
