C&L Air Limo Fee and Cancellation Policies

To cancel (update or change) reservations: You must call into our office within the required advanced notice. Otherwise, the full fare will be charged.

Please note: ALL no-shows, non-cancellations, and cancellations not following these procedures will be charged full fare. Cancellations, updates, and/or change requests must be phoned into the office, and any cancellations made by e-mail will not be accepted unless we send back a confirmation. Cancellation Fee

Cancellations require a minimum of 24 hours advanced notice PRIOR to scheduled pick-up time and will receive a $35 cancellation fee; Less than 24 hours, you will be charged half fare to full fare. We will do our best to accommodate new flights.

Cancelled Flights

If your flight is cancelled, you will be charged $30. We will do our best to accommodate you for a new shuttle time, but cannot guarantee a new ride.

Delayed Flights

We will do our best to accommodate your delay, we can only handle delays until 1:00 am.

Wait Fees

Wait fees start one hour after your flight lands and end when on board your scheduled C&L Shuttle. $10 per half hour if you are late for your scheduled ride. Wait fees also apply to no-shows.

Congestion Fee

A congestion fee of $20 applies to all scheduled arrivals at Logan Airport.

Off Peak Charges

Early morning off-peak charge is $20.

Late night starts at 11:30 pm and ends when on board; $10 per half hour.
