What type of payments do you accept?

A major credit card is required to secure your reservation. We accept all major credit cards. You may secure your reservation with a credit card. Again, all non-cancellations and no-shows will be charged the full fare.

What if my flight is delayed?

Using FlightView we are able to track your flight and adjust your pick-up time accordingly. Rest assured … we will always have a shuttle available for your ride from the airport.

What if my plans change?

You can edit your reservation online 48 hrs in advance! If you get an error message please call us and we will do it for you.

Can I book a private ride?

C&L is only offering private rides currently in order to keep our passengers and drivers as safe as possible.

Where do I meet my driver?

You can expect to meet your driver at lower level baggage claim at the “shared van pick up area” at the airport.   Please note that your driver may be from one of our very trusted affiliates. Please reach out to C&L if you have any questions or concerns.

What is the cancellation policy?

Cancellations require a minimum of 24 hours advanced notice PRIOR to scheduled pick-up time and will receive a $35 cancellation fee; Less than 24 hours, you will be charged half fare to full fare. We will do our best to accommodate new flights. Please refer to our policies page for more information.
